Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน- ควบคุมและดูแลการติดตามหนี้สินและดำเนินคดี เพื่อจัดเก็บยอดตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ
- พัฒนาระบบปฏิบัติการฟ้องร้องและดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย ทั้งการบังคับคดีและการติดตามหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
- แผนอบรมทักษะความรู้ และเสริมสร้างกลยุทธ์การทำงานภายในทีมที่รับผิดชอบ
- เสริมกิจกรรม สำหรับพัฒนาการทำงานภายในแผนก
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- - ปริญญาตรีหรือ สูงกว่าสาขานิติศาสตร์
- - 35 year or older / 35 ปี หรือมากกว่า
- - ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการจัดการและควบคุมการเก็บหนี้ รวมทั้งควบคมงานดำเนินคดี
- - มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ (ตั๋วทนาย)
- - มีความเป็นผู้นำและการวางแผนที่ดี
- - มีทักษะโปรแกรม Microsoft office
