Responsibilities

Review, verify, and manage sales documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Input and update customer and sales data into the company’s system in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing sales quotations and related documents when needed.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documents are aligned with internal requirements and client needs.
Support in maintaining sales records and reports for management review.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales and operations department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
