Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaigns & Activations Support
• Assist the Marketing Manager and team with preparation and execution support for marketing campaigns, activations, and trade activities across online and offline channels
• Help follow up on timelines, materials, and deliverables
• Assist in preparing campaign assets, POSM, and toolkits for market deployment
• Provide coordination and on-ground support during activations, events, and marketing activities as assigned
Marketing Materials & Content Preparation
• Support preparation and adaptation of marketing materials including presentations, social media content, POSM, and communication materials
• Help ensure marketing materials and documents are aligned with Campari Group brand guidelines and regional/global requirements
• Assist with updating and formatting presentations and marketing documents
Administrative & Team Coordination
• Assist with communication and follow-up between internal teams, graphic designers, agencies, and external suppliers
• Help ensure marketing materials and activities are delivered accurately, on-brand, and on time
• Support meeting coordination, note taking, and document filing
• Maintain organised records of campaign materials, photos, and marketing documents
Budget & Administrative Support
• Support PO processing, invoice collection, payment follow-up, and filing of marketing documents
• Assist with basic tracking of marketing payment processes as assigned
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing team as needed
Market & Reporting Support
• Collect competitor photos, product information, and basic market information for benchmarking and monthly reporting support
• Assist with collecting campaign results, activity updates, and basic market information for reporting purposes
• Support data entry, filing, and organisation of campaign documents
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, coordination, or related support roles (internships included)
• Experience in FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills & Competencies
• Fluent in Thai with a good command of English
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
