Responsibilities
- ประสานงานใน event ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมงาน
- สรุปค่าใช้จ่าย และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่เกิดขึ้นของแต่ละ event
- เตรียมความพร้อม ควบคุมการติดตั้ง และเก็บกลับ ให้ดำเนินไปอย่างเรียบร้อย
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อประสานงานต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS-Office ได้ดี ( Word/Excel/Powerpoint )
- ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากเคยผ่านการทำงานกับบริษัทหรือฝึกงานเกี่ยวกับ Event Organizer จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานเป็นอย่างดีทั้งภายใน และภายนอก
- ดูแลเรื่องงานเอกสารของแผนกการตลาด เช่น เอกสาร เบิกจ่ายรายเดือน เอกสาร PR
- ใช้ Pivot และ VLOOKUP ได้อย่างดี
