Responsibilities
-Manage stock by follow parts delivery and control supplier for on time delivery.
-Fulfill additional customer requirements to serve emergency parts request.
-Data Analysis and summary daily/ weekly/ monthly report.
-Warehouse basic knowledge.
-Improve work efficiency.
-Communicate with relatives to achieve department goals.
-Problem solving and cooperating with related parties
-Reporting/ Communication/ Negotiation with internal and external party
-Any job assignment by supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Engineer and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of work experience in warehouse, logistics or the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehouse operation, procurement process.
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot Macro, Formula, Power BI, Sum, If, Average)
- VBA, Macro, Google application tool, Dashboard, Digital Innovation & AI Literacy
- Can use PowerPoint to make presentation.
- Team working/Service Mind/Logical thinking/Self Development
- English writing/reading/speaking/listening (Fair level is ok)
- Can travel to visit suppliers outside
- Job Rotation is acceptable
