Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with clients/ carriers, shippers to support efficient logistics operations.
2. Handle shipping documentation, including MB/L, HB/L, and shipping invoices.
3. Monitor shipment progress and provide support customers in resolving issues.
4. Coordinate shipment schedules and documentation with customers and overseas agents.
5. Ensure the accuracy of shipping documents and maintain compliance with company procedures. 6. Provide support for all assignments from senior staff.
Qualifications
1. Only Females, aged 24-29 years.
2. 2-3 years experience in Logistics, import-export, shipping carrier, and freight forwarder warehouse business.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.4. Strong command of speaking and writing in English (TOEIC 500)
5. Knowledge of logistics, Import - Export, and freight forwarding.
6. Expert in computer skills, Microsoft Office, MS365.
7.Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and work flexible hours.
