Responsibilities
- Develop policies and procedures to review and recommend compliance with safety laws, occupational health and welfare, and the work environment.
- Conduct a work analysis to identify hazards and report to superiors, including protective measures and procedures for working safely.
- Evaluate workplace safety risks.
- Analyze the project plan, including recommendations from each agency, and recommend measures to work safely.
- Evaluate the company's performance according to plans and projects covering safe work measures.
- Enlist the cooperation of all employees to follow regulations and safety manuals.
- Train employees to work without fear in the workplace.
- Measure and evaluate the working environment or collaborate with individuals, agencies, or departments that regulate the company.
- Coordinate with the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare to obtain certification or verification documents and other reports that the safety environment in the workplace is in full compliance.
- Recommend appropriate management of occupational safety in the workplace.
- Investigate and analyze the causes of work-related hazards, illnesses, and nuisances, and make recommendations.
- Collect and analyze statistical data and prepare reports and recommendations to protect employees from work-related injuries, illnesses, and nuisances.
- Other health and safety duties and responsibilities.
- Working time: 08:00 - 17:00, Mon-Fri (Sat. based on client calendar)
- Workplace: Laem Chabang Industrial Estat, Chonburi
Qualifications
- Female/Male, Age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional is a must.**
- Have 5 years of experience in Safety or related fields.
- Good attitude, great service mind, strong leadership, good problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills.
- Good in Excel function and MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation in English.
- Able to commute to work at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Chonburi.
- Experience in the safety of yard operation will be an advantage.
