Responsibilities
- Proposing strategies for debt management to ensure maximum efficiency in debt collection.
- Setting challenge goals and relevant performance indicators for debt management and facilitating each department in creating effective annual action plans to achieve the established targets.
- Developing debt collection plans and budget plans for debt management, while also monitoring and controlling the expenditure effectively.
- Reporting on the overall performance of the department to the relevant management team.
- Analyzing and processing data related to debt management to provide insights for strategic decision-making by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields with GPAX 2.70.
- Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and interpret results.
- Proficiency in Excel, statistical tools, or data visualization software is preferable.
- Strong ability to think critically, assess situations, and identify potential strategies or solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550)
