Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer information, planning negotiation strategies, calculating debt restructuring amounts, and designing appropriate hire purchase repayment plans in line with the debtor’s repayment capacity; analyzing issues, identifying the reasons why customers are unable to repay their debts, and proposing debt restructuring solutions.
- Providing restructuring solutions to debtors, guarantors, or related parties through negotiation, enabling customers to repay according to their financial ability.
- Reporting any issues or operational impacts arising from job performance to supervisors.
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate the debt restructuring process for customers.
- Recording customer debt restructuring requests in the company’s system.
- Complying with relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection and debt recovery practices.
- Adhering to company policies and regulations related to customer service and debt collection activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Prior experience in debt collection or a call center role will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Computer literate, with strong internet skills; able to type fluently in both Thai and English.
- Able to work well under pressure, with a positive attitude and strong service mind patient in handling inquiries and capable of resolving issues effectively.
