Responsibilities

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and strategic planning of the sales operations for both landed property and high-rise developments in Phuket. This role requires a high-caliber leader who can drive revenue, manage a high-performing team, and establish strong relationships with both local and international investors/property agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets for both luxury villas and condominium projects.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5 sales staff. Set individual KPIs, provide training, and ensure the team maintains a high standard of professional service.

• Market Analysis: Monitor Phuket’s real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights to the executive board.

• Agent & Network Management: Manage and expand the network of local and international real estate agencies/brokers to maximize project exposure.

• Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and CRM management to contract signing and ownership transfer.

• Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, weekly/monthly performance reports, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate sales, with at least 5 years in a management role.

• Proven track record in selling both landed property (Villas/Houses) and high-rise (Condominiums).

• Deep knowledge of the Phuket real estate market and legal regulations.

• Excellent command of English and Thai (Both written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
