Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (Age 30-40) to help our company grow. In this role, you will connect external partners with our internal teams, find new customers to increase sales volume, and use IT and AI tools to make our customer experience better. You need to have a good personality, understand investments, and be able to speak clearly on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Coordinator: Work as the main contact to coordinate and follow up on work between external clients/partners and our internal teams.
● Find New Opportunities: Look for new customers and business partners to increase our sales volume and profits.
● Improve Customer Experience: Develop and improve the customer journey to make sure our clients get the best and most unique service.
● Company Representative: Represent the company in business meetings, events, and negotiations.
Qualifications
● Age: 30 – 40 years old.
● Good Personality: Professional look, polite, and great communication skills. Able to speak confidently for the company.
● IT & AI Skills: Good general knowledge and understanding of IT systems and AI tools to help improve work efficiency.
● Analytical & Investment Knowledge: Love working with numbers and data. Have personal or professional experience investing in Gold, Stocks, or Forex.
● Customer Service Mindset: Understand customer experience (CX) and how to build good relationships with clients.
● Travel & Flexibility: Highly flexible to adapt to changes and comfortable to travel for business purposes.
● Problem Solver: Quick-witted and able to solve unexpected problems immediately on-site.
● Language: Good command of English and Thai (both writing and speaking).
