Responsibilities
1. Assist superior in managing the issuance of sales documents that are accurate and complete, as required by law, such as tax-point sales tax invoices.
2. Debt collection and management include billing, collection when due, collection after the due date, and so on.
3. Monitor the aging report for the relevant parties.
4. Continuously educate and develop subordinates, especially in accounting and tax related to income, such as accounting standards on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, value-added tax, withholding tax, tax related to sales promotion, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Accountant.
3. Managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable management.
5. Understanding of invoicing, debt collection, and customer credit management.
6. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
7. Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve cash flow.
8. Management and Communication Skills
9. Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
10. Good English communication skills (preferred for international companies).
