Responsibilities
JD Description:
- Support executives in communication in both Thai and Chinese with internal and external departments.
- Assist in the operations of the department as assigned to ensure maximum efficiency in line with company policies.
- Coordinate and track the progress of departmental activities to align with the planned goals and achieve company objectives.
- Responsible for preparing information and summary reports on various operations for presentation to supervisors, including managing meeting schedules to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Proficient in Thai and Chinese languages.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint, with the ability to process statistical data quickly.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both within and outside the team.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or secretary
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or higher (degrees in Business Administration and Logistics Management or related fields will be considered an advantage)
-At least 1 year of experience in transportation services
-Experience in management will be considered a plus
-Experience in transportation, especially, is highly desirable
