Responsibilities

1. CS & Client Management (60%)
    - Manage and maintain relationships with key VIP clients
   - Monitor and resolve parcel delivery issues via LINE Group and Email, approximately 113 trackings/day
   - Check and clear pending parcels daily (600 tracking numbers)
   - Notify customers and expedite deliveries to meet SLA targets, handle and resolve tickets by 18:00 and escalate to related branches/hubs accordingly
2. Project & Reporting (40%)
    - Prepare monthly performance reports for each client
   - Conduct competitor analysis and weekly meetings with the SPX team
   - Develop performance dashboards for key clients and monitor volume trends to achieve targets
3. Billing & Finance
    - Monitor and manage billing for 10 clients
    - Prepare and send billing to clients on schedule, manage rebates and dispute billing for each client
    - Track rate card changes following contract renewal
4. Contract & Renewal
     - Manage contract renewals and Service Agreements (SA) for all clients to retain volume and maintain long-term client relationships
5. Claims Management
    - Follow up and clear pending claims within the defined timeline (14 and 30 days) and summarize claim compensation on a weekly basis

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Key Account Management

2. Strong communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally

3. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

5. Detail-oriented, particularly in Billing and Claims management

6. Comfortable using LINE and other online communication tools
