Responsibilities
1. การดูแลลูกค้า วางบิล ตัดยอดค้างชำระ ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน ปริ้นท์ใบเสร็จรับเงิน จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้ม และแนบเอกสารWHTเข้าชุดใบเสร็จ
2. ตรวจสอบแก้ไข-ยอดวางบิล ช่วยแก้ไข ให้ความช่วยเหลือ แก้ไข แก่ลูกค้า
3. ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมขาย, ทีมโปรดักท์, ทีมกฎหมาย, ทีม QAQC
4. การตั้งเป้าประมาณการรายได้จากลูกค้าที่ดูแล การตั้งยอดประมาณการ ออกใบลดหนี้,ใบเพิ่มหนี้ และการเก็บข้อมูลรายละเอียดการออก CN,DN
5. ทำไฟล์สรุปรายละเอียดการจ่าย ประกอบการตัดยอดค้างชำระในระบบ MS, ไฟล์ Outstanding Weekly
6. Meeting Internal, External 10%
7. การตรวจสอบสัญญาของลูกค้า 20%, การคำนวณ Rebate และยืนยัน ค่าตอบแทนแก่ลูกค้า 10%
8. งานอื่นๆที่รับมอบหมาย 5%
Qualifications
1. เรียนจบปริญญาตรี อายุ 25 - 33 ปี
2. มีประสบการณ์ Billing และ Collection ประมาณ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
3. สื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
4. อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
5. ใช้ Excel ให้การทำงานได้ดี
