Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end payment processes, including operating expenses and collections:
- Execute the company’s treasury plans, monitor daily cash inflows/outflows, and ensure secure fund allocation across accounts.
2. Prepare weekly cash flow
3. Report monthly cash flow estimates
- Assist in developing short-term (weekly/monthly) cash flow forecasting models, update data regularly, and flag abnormal fluctuations.
- Track variances between actual cash flows and forecasts, analyze root causes, and propose optimization measures.

5. Compliance & Process Implementation
- Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls and external regulations.
- Participate in treasury system enhancements (e.g., bank integration, process automation).
6. Cross Department Collaboration
- Liaise with business units to review funding requests and provide payment support.
- Collaborate with audit and tax teams to supply treasury-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in Treasury
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Prefer Chinese English skills or Good command of English
