Senior Accounts Payable Specialist(Chinese Speaking)_[462840_02] - Flash Express Co., Ltd.

1. Control and verify the completeness of payment documents, such as checking the correctness of tax-related documents such as purchase tax invoices, etc
2. Control and monitor payments to be in accordance with financial regulations, such as paying on time or setting KPIs such as check payments within 3 days from the date of receipt of complete/correct documents, check withholding tax, and preparation of P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53 in the case of payment of service fees, transportation, advertising costs, etc
3. Debt ageing analysis to compare and improve in accordance with the receipt of money
4. Continuously educate and develop subordinates, especially in accounting and tax relating to expenses, input tax, withholding tax, etc

• Good command of Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, for effective coordination with Chinese-speaking teams and cross-functional departments.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Experience in bank reconciliation, accruals, balance sheet reconciliation, and related-party transactions. 
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. 
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
