Responsibilities
1. Corporate Core Values
- สร้าง Content, Campaign และกิจกรรมที่สื่อสาร Core Values ของบริษัท
- วัดความเข้าใจและ Engagement ของพนักงานต่อ Core Values
- จัดทำสื่อและ Toolkit เพื่อให้พนักงานนำ Core Values ไปใช้ในการทำงานจริง
2. Social Media Management
- ดูแล Social Media ของบริษัท เช่น Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
- วาง Content Calendar และ Campaign เพื่อสร้าง Corporate Culture และ Employer Branding
- วิเคราะห์ Performance และจัดทำรายงานพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ
3. Digital Content Creation
- สร้าง Content รูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น Text, Image, Video, Infographic
- ประสานงานกับทีมต่าง ๆ เพื่อหาเรื่องราวและผลงานของพนักงานมาสร้าง Content
4. Digital Marketing & Employer Branding
- วางและประสานงาน Campaign ด้าน Digital Marketing และ Employer Branding
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมดึงดูด Talent, Employee Recognition, Events และ CSR
- ติดตาม Trend และหาแนวทางใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่ม Engagement
5. Internal Communication
- สนับสนุนการวางแผน Internal Communication
- สร้างสื่อและ Campaign ภายใน เพื่อให้พนักงานเข้าใจและมีส่วนร่วมกับองค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขา Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1–2 ปี ด้าน Event, Marketing, Communication หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้าน การประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการทำงานเป็นทีม ที่ดี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้ มีความ Proactive และรับผิดชอบ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office, Canva และ Social Media Platforms ได้
- ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทย + ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ภาษาไทย + ภาษาจีนได้
- มีความสนใจด้าน Corporate Culture, Internal Communication และ Employer Branding
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายแผนกได้
