Flash Express is Hiring_Settlement Specialist (Chinese Speaking)_[457825] - Flash Express Co., Ltd.

1、Review the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting and transportation-related operational documents in compliance with internal control standards.
2、Prepare reports, summarize data, and perform account reconciliations to support auditing and data management processes
3、Analyze accounting and operational data to identify discrepancies, recommend correctiveactions, and implement preventive measures.
4、Coordinate and resolve issues related to billing, settlement, and accounting transactions with internal departments and suppliers
5、Work closely with the Accounting, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure billing and payment processes are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
6、Support task allocation within the team, provide basic accounting guidance and on-the-job training, and monitor work progress.
7、Prepare management reports and analytical information to support supervisors in decision-making.
8、Perform other duties as assigned.

1、Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2、Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting or cost management, with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and perform accountreconciliations
3、Strong problem-solving, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
4、Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
5、Language: Proficiency in Chinese is required.
6、Candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, or transportation cost management will be given special consideration.
