Responsibilities

1.บริหาร New Project/New Model ตั้งแต่ RFQ->Mass Production

(กำหนด Process, Tooling,Capacitiy,Layout และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อควบคุมแผนงานและงบประมาณให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย

2. ดำเนินการจัดทำแผนงบประมาณประจำปี เพื่อนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามแผน

3.ควบคุมระบบ APQP/PPAP

-วางแผนและดำเนินการประชุม APQP

-ทบทวนเอกสาร APQP เช่น PFMEA,Control Plan ,Process Flow

-ควบคุมการจัดทำ PPAP(Dimensional,Capability,Run@rate)

4.วางแผนการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ (New Machine Installation)

-กำหนดสเปคเครื่องจักร, ควบคุมการติดตั้ง การทดสอบและ Trial Run

-Verify Accuracy และ Capability

5.จัดการและควบคุม BOM (Bill of Material ) และเงื่อนไขในระบบ ERP

-ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ BOM, Process flow ,Cycle time

-ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล ERP กับการผลิตจริง เพื่อป้องกันปัญหา Wrong Material /Wrong Process

6.ทบทวนการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการ Machining

7.จัดทำและนำเสนอ Weekly /Monthly Report

8.ทบทวนและตรวจสอบ Master Tooling List (Tool &Cutting Tool, Jig&Fixture ) ให้สำเร็จตามแผน

9.ควบคุมและปรับปรุง Cutting Tool (Tool life/Cost )

10.ปรับปรุง Productivity (Cycle time improvement)

11.ควบคุมมาตรฐานกระบวนการผลิต (SOP/Control Plan/Master Tooling List , Master Jig&Fixture list )

Qualifications

1. เพศ : ชาย
2. อายุ : 32-40 ปี
3. วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (วิศวกรรมศาสตร์) สาขา เครื่องกล(Machanical)/อุตสาหการ(Industiral) /การผลิต (Produciton ) หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
4. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน : มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CNC Machining (Machining Center ทั้ง VMC และ HMC / Lathe /Grinding)
5. มีความรู้ด้าน CNC Machining /Jig &Fixture /Tools& Cutting tools เป็นอย่างดี
6.มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา (5Why ,Fishbone /8D Report) , การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เช่น กำลังการผลิตและปัจจัยที่จำเป็นต่อการผลิต ,Line -Balancing , เวลามาตรฐาน(Standard Cycle time ) ,การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิต , Action plan ,Leadership และการบริหารทีม , การสื่อสารและประสานงาน
