Responsibilities
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์บัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อส่วนบุคคล และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในเครือกรุงศรี คอนซูมเมอร์แก่ลูกค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ รวมถึงบัตรกรุงศรี เฟิร์สช้อยส์, บัตรโลตัสมันนี่พลัส, บัตรโฮมโปร วีซ่าการ์ด และบัตรเซ็นทรัลเดอะวันการ์ด
- โทรออกติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายตามจำนวนที่กำหนด (เฉลี่ย 200 สายต่อวัน หรือรวม 4.5 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ม.6 - ปริญญาตรี
- อายุ 20 – 45 ปี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ มีวินัย ตรงต่อเวลา และมีทักษะในการสื่อสาร สามารถเจรจาต่อรอง แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center, Customer Service, Telesale จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ สำนักงานใหญ่กรุงศรี เพลินจิตทาวน์เวอร์ (ใกล้ BTS เพลินจิต)
- ต้องการรายได้แบบไม่จำกัด
- มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
- สามารถรับมือต่อแรงกดดันได้
