หัวหน้าทีมขายบัตรเครดิต Central T1 Outstore (ไทยวัสดุและอีเวนท์) - Krungsri Consumer

• บริหารทีมขายจำนวน 3–10 คนในแต่ละพื้นที่/ภูมิภาค โดยทำหน้าที่กับ ดูแล บริหาร และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมขายในงานประจำวัน
• ดูแลยอดขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายของผลิตภัณฑ์ Central The 1 Credit Card, Central The 1 Personal Loan, Central The 1 First Choice
• ส่งต่อเคส (Referral) ให้กับแผนกประกัน ผ่านการใช้ประโยชน์จากเครือข่ายร้านค้าในกลุ่ม Central Group ภายใต้หน่วยธุรกิจที่รับผิดชอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• ดูแลสาขาไทยวัสดุในกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล และออกงานอีเวนท์ต่างๆ

• ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์งานขายบัตรเครดิต บัตรกดเงินสด สินเชื่อเงินสด PC BA Sale หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการคุมทีม
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง, มีใจรักในงานด้านบริการและการขาย
• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่องในระดับสามารถใช้งานได้จริง เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานตามพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบได้
