Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints and claims, including investigation and response.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and establish corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor and follow up on non-conformities (NCR) and quality issues.
- Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Support internal, external, and customer audits.
- Review quality documents, inspection records, and relevant technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to product and process quality.
- Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacture.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience in handling customer complaints/claims.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in metal/steel manufacturing would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills, in standard office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
