Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์และระบุความต้องการฝึกอบรม (Training Needs)
- จัดทำคู่มือ หรือสื่อประกอบการเรียนรู้ / การใช้งานระบบต่างๆขององค์กร
- จัดทำ Training Matrix /Skill Matrix
- เป็นวิทยากรอบรมภายใน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Training Vender)
- สามารถปรับตัวและนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ เช่น AI หรือ Digital Learning มาใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานฝึกอบรม 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ในการบริหารงานฝึกอบรม (Training Management Knowladge)
- มีทักษะการเป็นวิทยากร (Trainer Skill)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร (Communication Skill)
