Responsibilities
- Support Head of Finance in developing and strengthening the Finance function, workflow and operating standards.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, payment, collection, banking, financial reporting activities and relevant stakeholders relation & contact.
- Co-ordinate budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide useful insights to support business decisions.
- Improve Finance processes, internal controls, documentation and reporting accuracy.
- Support ERP, Finance & Accounting application and IT-related improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and supervise Finance team members to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Finance, preferably in Food & Beverage industry or FMCG business with 2-3 years of experience in managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, cash flow management, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience using ERP systems and Finance & Accounting applications/software.
- Good IT literacy and ability to work with data, reports and digital tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Flexible, adaptive, hands-on and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of English.
