Responsibilities
- Support Financial Section Manager in daily Finance operations and assigned financial activities.
- Prepare and review financial data, payment documents, cash flow information and related reports.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor transaction accuracy, documentation completeness and compliance with Finance procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, data analysis and management information preparation.
- Support Finance process improvement, system usage and digital working practices.
- Supervise and guide Finance Officer to ensure timely and accurate work execution.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in Finance, preferably in Food & Beverage industry or FMCG business with 1-2 years of experience in Supervisor role.
- Good understanding of financial operations, payment, collection, cash flow and financial documentation.
- Experience using ERP systems, Finance & Accounting software or related business applications.
- Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
- Good leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptive, proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Able to work as part of a team and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Fair to good command of English.
