Responsibilities
1. ประสานงานการขายให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. ติดต่อและยืนยันความถูกต้องของคำสั่งซื้อกับลูกค้า
3. ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงเวลา
4. ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อเกิดความล่าช้า พร้อมหาแนวทางแก้ไข
5. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบสั่งซื้อ เช่น ราคา จำนวน และกำหนดส่งมอบ
6. บันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบและจัดเก็บเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
7. ปฏิบัติตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO และพัฒนาปรับปรุงงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. การศึกษาระดับ ปวช./ ปวส.
2. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานตามกำหนดเวลาได้
3. มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เปิดใจรับฟังความคิดเห็น
4. อดทนต่อแรงกดดัน และเป้าหมายที่ท้าทาย
5. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม MS Office, NAV
6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รักษาความลับข้อมูลลูกค้า และตรงต่อเวลา
7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
