Responsibilities
1. ประสานงานด้านเอกสารบัญชีระหว่างฝ่ายบัญชี และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. จัดเตรียม และรวบรวมเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบวางบิล และเอกสารการชำระเงิน
3. ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารเบื้องต้นก่อนส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีดำเนินการ
4. ติดตามเอกสารการวางบิล และการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
5. ประสานงานกับลูกค้า หรือซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี
6. บันทึกข้อมูล และจัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีให้เป็นระบบ สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
7. ช่วยจัดทำรายงาน หรือสรุปข้อมูลเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบัญชี
8. สนับสนุนงานเอกสาร และงานอื่น ๆ ของฝ่ายบัญชีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารบัญชีเบื้องต้น
3. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ได้
4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
5. มีทักษะการประสานงาน และการสื่อสารที่ดี
