Responsibilities
- ให้คำปรึกษาและตอบคำถามเชิงเทคนิค (Q&A) เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์แก่พนักงานขายและลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับทีมขาย (Co-visit) เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลหน้างานและร่วมวิเคราะห์แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
- สร้างสรรค์สื่อการเรียนรู้ (Content) ในรูปแบบ บทความ, วิดีโอ และ Infographic โดยใช้ AI ช่วยในการผลิตสื่อ
- จัดอบรมสัมมนา (Training) ให้ความรู้เรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และวิธีการใช้งานแก่ทีมขายและลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วศ.บ. หรือ ค.อ.บ. สาชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือวิศวกรรมเครื่องมือวัดและควบคุม
2. มีทักษะโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ใช้เครื่องมือ AI (เช่น ChatGPT, Gernini) ช่วยคิดค้นข้อมูลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและนำเสนอที่ดี บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักบริการ และสามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นทีมได้
