Responsibilities
1.ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบวางบิล ให้ลูกค้า
2.ติดตามและตรวจสอบการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
3.บันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินเข้าระบบบัญชี
4.กระทบยอดลูกหนี้คงค้าง และจัดทำรายงานสรุป
5.ตรวจสอบเครดิตและวงเงินลูกค้าเบื้องต้น
6.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี
7.จัดเก็บเอกสารและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. หญิง อายุ 22–35 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช ปวส และปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
6. มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
