Responsibilities
1.ดูแลและควบคุมระบบบริหารคุณภาพของบริษัทให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด ISO 9001 และมาตรฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. จัดทำ ทบทวน และควบคุมเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพ เช่น
-คู่มือคุณภาพ (Quality Manual)
-ระเบียบปฏิบัติงาน (Procedure)
-วิธีการทำงาน (Work Instruction)
-แบบฟอร์มและบันทึกคุณภาพ
3. วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน (Internal Audit)
4.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกในการตรวจรับรองและตรวจติดตามระบบ ISO
5. ติดตามผลการแก้ไขและป้องกัน (Corrective & Preventive Action: CAPA) จากข้อบกพร่องที่พบ
6. รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และรายงานข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพต่อผู้บริหาร
7. จัดประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร (Management Review Meeting) และจัดทำรายงานการประชุม
8. ส่งเสริมและสร้างความตระหนักด้านคุณภาพแก่พนักงานทุกระดับ
9. ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของระบบบริหารคุณภาพ
10. ติดตามกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนด และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท
11.เสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงระบบงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความเสี่ยงขององค์กร
12. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และระบบบริหารคุณภาพ
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน ISO หรือระบบคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
4. สามารถวางแผน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
5. มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานและการสื่อสาร
6. สามารถจัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหารได้
7. หากผ่านการอบรม Internal Auditor หรือ Lead Auditor จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
