Responsibilities
• Planing: Develop, implement, Setting work instrustion maintenance programs for gas, steam, or hydro turbines and heavy-duty generators.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians. Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and technical training.
• Service Maintainance : Lead major turbine overhauls, rotor inspections, and major generator rewinds/maintenance.
• Plan and execute scheduled and forced outage scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: 8–12+ years in heavy industry power generation, specifically with steam, gas, or hydro turbines and large generators.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, budgeting, and outage planning.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of vibration analysis, alignment, lube oil analysis, non-destructive testing (NDT), and root cause analysis.
