Responsibilities
- Develop and expand new client accounts for international freight forwarding services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive continuous sales
- Prepare quotations and propose logistics solutions tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with the operations team and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the process
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
- Understanding of import-export processes and related documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Possess a personal car with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
