Responsibilities
- Handling for Key Account customer.
- Coordinate with customer, receive booking form customer, booking in internal system.
- Coordinate to each department concern Transport, Packing, Sea and Air Operation
- Coordinate with oversea agent for checking cost, send pre-advise for new shipment, monitoring cargo status, follow up process customer clearance at port destination and request debit note.
- Main PIC to handle and monitor Air, SEA, Import&Export including domestic.
- Maintain relationships with customer.
- Issue standard quotation.
- to do other assignment by the superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistic or related fields.
- Experience in freight forwarding business import/export experiences for Sea or Air mode at least 2 years.
- Good command in English (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Service mind and able to work under pressure.
- Good attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized.
