Customer Service Supervisor - YAMATO UNYU (THAILAND) CO.,LTD

In this Senior Customer Service Officer role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Key Account customers, managing the entire process from receiving booking forms and entering them into the internal system, to coordinating with various internal departments such as Transport, Packing, and Sea and Air Operations. You will collaborate with overseas agents to check costs, send pre-advises for new shipments, monitor cargo status, follow up on customs clearance processes at destination ports, and request debit notes. This position involves handling and monitoring Air, Sea, Import, Export, and domestic logistics operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and issuing standard quotations, utilizing your logistics expertise, English proficiency, and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
