Responsibilities
- จัดทำ training need survey และดำเนินการตามแผนอบรมประจำปีและ Training Roadmap
- จัดอบรมภายในและภายนอกองค์กร และประสานงานกับวิทยากรภายนอก, วิทยากรภายใน และหัวหน้างาน
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Onboarding, Orientation, OJT, Buddy Program และติดตามพนักงานช่วงทดลองงาน
- ดูแล Training Record, Training Database และจัดทำรายงาน HRD
- สนับสนุนงาน Skill Matrix, Competency, IDP, Talent Development และ Succession Planning
- ประสานงานอบรมด้าน PDPA, Compliance, Safety, Legal Awareness และหลักสูตรบังคับ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารหลักฐานการอบรมเพื่อรองรับ Audit
- สนับสนุนการปรับปรุง WI, SOP, Checklist และกระบวนการ Training Governance
- จัดทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ หรือการพัฒนาทักษะต่างๆได้
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Training & Development, HRD, L&D หรือ Onboarding อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ หรือบริษัทญี่ปุ่น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Training Plan, Training Needs Analysis, Training Record, OJT, Skill Matrix และ Training Evaluation
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน PDPA Compliance หรือหลักสูตรบังคับ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการเขียนอีเมลและจัดทำรายงานได้
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word และ HRIS ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร การวางแผน การจัดทำรายงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้น ทำงานเป็นระบบ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับคนหลายระดับได้
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานสาขาต่างๆของบริษัทได้ฯ
