Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and negotiate payment terms as required.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT and WHT.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Procurement.
- Manage all payments-related transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, including VAT and Withholding Tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English at a fair level.
- Proficient in computer skills.
