Responsibilities
- Create job in distribution and PTS system for cross border Shipment.
- Key in Expenses in the PTS system (PR) to pay to various suppliers such as OTL , FARFER , RTN For all job.
- Prepare cash withdrawal requisition , Customs clearance (CL), Prepare cheque for duty requisition to transfer to OTL (AC) and settlement (receipt) with accounting department (CL).
- Prepare all document related shipment before submit to accounting department to issue debit note.
-Checking corrective of billing.
-Coordinate with supplier.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, age 22-33 years old.
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year of import and export experiences .
- Good written and verbal communication both Thai & English.
- Service mind / Good organization / Time management skill.
- Able to work under pressure / good attitude.
- Competency in MS office.
