Responsibilities
- Provide immediate emergency care, first aid, and basic nursing interventions for injuries or illnesses occurring on campus.
- Assess student health needs and coordinate medical transfers to external hospitals in emergency or severe cases.
- Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications to students strictly in accordance with physician orders or parental consent.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and full operational readiness of the school health center, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with chronic medical conditions.
- Provide medical supervision and first aid coverage during school events and sports day.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in pediatric care, school nursing, or an international school setting is highly preferred).
- Specialized Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pediatric allergy care, early recognition of anaphylactic symptoms, and administration of emergency allergy medications.
- Certifications: Valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
