Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts in line with the main contract requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces between various subcontractors and other project disciplines.
- Verify subcontractor’s progress against approved schedule and work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings with subcontractors and internal teams to review progress and action plans.
- Prepare regular reports on subcontractor performance and highlight risks and delays.
- Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, and change orders related to subcontractors.
- Assist in the evaluation and validation of subcontractor progress/milestone payment claims.
- Monitor scope variations of Subcontractor and support change order preparation and negotiation with Subcontractor.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed schedule and cost parameters and report to the management.
- Update the Subcontractor Cash flow plan.
- Shared cross-functionality as Cost Control Engineer to prepare the monthly earned value analysis report for the entire EPCIC project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or other relevant field.
- EPC Business Experience more than 2 years.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain field at least 2-3 years.
- Subcontracting Experience more than 2 years.
- Good Communication in English.
- Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction project.
