Investor Relation Officer - Primo Service Solution PCL

• Maintain good grasp of key takeaway from different sources i.e. research paper, market report and economic news as a basis of making recommendations directly to the C-level management and the Board of Directors from a professional IR perspective at regular intervals

• Craft key message and presentation materials to the advantages of representing the company at the analysts’ meeting, SET opportunity day, conference and any of relevant events

• Manage to facilitate investors in understanding the company’s vision, strategies, business plans among other critical factors through various communication channels

• Get actively involved in data collection and development of materials used for public disclosure purpose such as management discussions and analysis as well as the One Report

• Assume a steering role in driving the company to the success of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) framework going forwards

• Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity analyst or related fields

• Excellent credentials i.e., relationship building and credibility from both corporates’ and investment communities’ standpoint

• Comprehensive knowledge concerning financial reporting standards with sound ability to translate into sophisticated model for elaborating the company’s performance, sensitivity and further analysis

• Background pertaining to the SEC/SET laws and regulations

• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
