Responsibilities

Document Management
  • Review, organize, and prioritize all incoming and internal documents for executives.
  • Maintain both business and personal files in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Draft and prepare letters, documents, and emails in Thai and English clearly and accurately.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and organize meetings with executives, managers, and relevant departments.
  • Prepare agendas, collect and distribute meeting materials, and manage logistics.
  • Record minutes, prepare reports, and submit them for executive review.
  • Follow up on meeting decisions and assigned actions.

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage appointments and schedules with clients, partners, executives, and external organizations.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare budgets, handle expense claims, and monitor expenditures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information.
  • Support executives with other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in service business, real estate, or hotel industry is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure, adaptable, proactive, and flexible with working hours
