Responsibilities

Key Responsibility 

  1. A Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of a building or group of buildings. Their duties may include:
  2. Managing maintenance and repairs: The Building Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of the building, ensuring that it is well-maintained, clean, and safe for occupants. This includes coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring that equipment is functioning properly, and overseeing any repairs that need to be made.
  3. Ensuring safety and security: The Building Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants. This may involve implementing security measures, coordinating emergency response plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Managing budgets: The Building Manager oversees the budget for building maintenance and operations, including managing expenses, tracking costs, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  5. Building tenant relationships: The Building Manager serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have.
  6. Managing staff: The Building Manager supervises the building staff, including maintenance personnel, security personnel, and other support staff.
  7. Ensuring compliance: The Building Manager ensures that the building is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes.

Qualification 

1. Male - Female, age not over 40 years old

2. Bachelor degree or above

3. At least 2 years of experience as a manager of an allocated building or condominium

4. Fluent English communication

5. Good personality, service-minded Able to solve specific problems

6. Able to use basic computer program Word, Excel, PPT well

7. Able to work 6 days/week
