Responsibilities
- Meet and greet Client upon arrival
- Carry out registration process for current and new Client
- Booking and rescheduling the Client appointment
- Inform information and pricing of basic services to Client
- Support consent document for selling the screening package and treatments
- Handle the phone calls and E-mail for Client and inter department coordination
- Support the operations of the clinic facility by performing administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Any Field
- Experience Service/Hospitality industry is an advantage
- Good Personality and well-groomed appearance
- Good Service Mind
- Good command of English – both speaking and writing
