Assistant Division Director, Payroll & Welfare - Bumrungrad International Hospital

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timelines.

• Review and develop compensation structures and competitive salary ranges aligned with organizational business strategies.

• Participate in salary and compensation surveys to maintain market competitiveness and recommend appropriate compensation adjustments.

• Revamp and develop employee benefits and welfare programs to attract and retain employees across all generations.

• Monitor and control benefits and welfare expenses to align with company financial capability and business direction.

• Oversee company uniforms and mobile phone packages

• Communicate performance evaluation criteria, bonus, merit increase, reward, and recognition policies to employees and managers.

• Provide support for HR systems and tools

• Ensure that employees comply with rules and regulations of the company

• Ensure that employees comply with Hospital Administrative Policy

• Provide consulting of labor law to Employee and Department

• Investigate complaints and Provide consulting of labor law from Whistleblower Topic

• Minimum 10 years working experience in Human Resources Management with minimum 5 years in managerial level.

• Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts

• Being a strategic partner to achieve business objective

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
