Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Compensation & Benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee payroll operations, salary structure design, annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Design and enhance employee benefits and welfare programs to attract, engage, and retain talent across all generations.
- Manage HR Shared Services, Employee Profile administration, and Visa & Work Permit processes.
- Provide HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Advise management and employees on labor law, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
- Lead departmental budgeting, resource planning, and technology improvement initiatives.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, employee development, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, quality standards, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Strategic Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Engagement, and HR Process Improvement.
- Sound knowledge of compensation management, salary structures, and performance-based reward programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR leader to oversee Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Shared Services, and Employee Profile functions. This role will partner closely with senior management to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals while ensuring competitive rewards programs, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
