Responsibilities
- Assess feasibility of clinical and research data requests including cohort logic, data availability, missingness, and extract complexity.
- Collaborate with IT, TRE, and data governance teams to define secure, compliant data workflows for retrospective and prospective studies.
- Develop cohort definitions, data dictionaries, quality checks, feasibility counts, and exploratory analyses.
- Support integration of omics, imaging, pathology, labs, medication, outcomes, and longitudinal data.
- Develop reusable analytics tools, feasibility scripts, and data-quality reports.
- Communicate technical insights and limitations clearly to clinicians, researchers, and external partners.
- Challenge unrealistic requests and propose feasible, scientifically robust alternatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with RWD/RWE, observational studies, EHR/EMR, clinical registries, claims data, omics, or imaging datasets.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Understanding of epidemiology, cohort design, bias, confounding, and data quality management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex healthcare environments.

What you will do
