Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technical solutions that optimize system performance and support business requirements
- Establish system performance benchmarks, monitor ongoing performance, and drive optimization initiatives
- Work closely with vendors to ensure that system updates, upgrades, and patches are delivered on time and within scope
- Ensure that all enterprise applications comply with security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements
- Lead the development and management of system integrations and data flows between enterprise applications and other internal/external systems
- Provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues
- Lead technical projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resources. Oversee project implementation and ensure timely delivery
- Oversee the technical implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications
- System administration eg. environment set up, instance configuration and parameter tuning, migration management to ensure that systems are correctly configured and available
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience supporting, developing or implementing system/software of related discipline (SAP ERP) is preferable. Newly graduate with proven knowledge of software (e.g. with training course and score in transcripts, training certificate, etc.) is also welcome.
- Experience working as an Applications Specialist in analyzing, designing, creating, testing, implementing and supporting healthcare software and/or applications is desired.
- Experience working in SAP technical areas (Basis, ABAP programing, interfaces) are desired
- Experience working in an international work environment is desired
- Ability to learn enterprise resource planning (ERP), hospital information system (HIS), clinical software, and/or enterprise software applications.

Job Summary
