Supervisor Accounting - AP - Bumrungrad International Hospital

·         Supervise daily accounts payable activities and ensure accurate invoice processing.

·         Review and approve AP transactions, payment requests, and vendor invoices.

·         Ensure timely payments to suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

·         Monitor aging reports and resolve outstanding payable issues.

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

·         More than 5 years of experience in accounting or more than 4 years of experience in auditing.

·         Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and automation initiatives to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.

·         Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement digital transformation opportunities within the AP function.

·         Knowledge of data analytics and dashboard reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.

·         Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in finance and accounting, including invoice processing, data analytics, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
