Responsibilities
1.วิเคราะห์ Materials Requirement จาก Production Plan / MRP Output ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้อง Demand, BOM และ Materials Usage ระบุ Materials Shortage / Excess ในระดับวิเคราะห์
2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ BOM, Lead Time, Lot Size, MOQ แจ้งข้อผิดพลาดของ Master Data ให้ MRP / Master Data Owner สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงข้อมูลในระบบ ERP
3.ติดตามสถานะวัตถุดิบ จัดทำรายงาน Materials Availability / Shortage Risk แจ้ง Early Warning ต่อ MRP / PPC
4.จัดทำรายงาน Materials Plan vs Actual สนับสนุนข้อมูลให้ทีม MRP, PPC and S&OP เก็บ Assumption and Version ของข้อมูลที่ใช้วิเคราะห์
5.วิเคราะห์ Materials Requirement ในหลาย scenario (Demand Change, Plan Shift, Lead Time Variation) ประเมินผลกระทบของ Demand Volatility ต่อวัตถุดิบ
6.ระบุ Long Lead / High Risk Materials วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้าน Excess & Obsolete สนับสนุนการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของวัตถุดิบ
7.เตรียม Materials Insight สำหรับ Support Review สรุป Constraint และ Risk เชิงวัตถุดิบ (ไม่ตัดสินใจแทน) แสดง impact เชิงปริมาณและช่วงเวลา
8.พัฒนา Template / Dashboard วิเคราะห์ Materials สนับสนุนการใช้ ERP / Planning Tool ให้มีคุณภาพ ช่วยลด MRP Nervousness ผ่านการวิเคราะห์เชิงระบบ

Qualifications
- 1.วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 2.สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- 3.มีความสามารถด้านการวิเคราะห์, คำนวณ และการใช้ ERP Excel ได้ดี
- 4.มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่สูงและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี

With several years’ experience in the production of raw plastic materials and a number of factories, the company has rapidly grow from its earliest days as a family industry producing plastic bags to now have a registered capital of 100 million baht. (The company is located at 323 Moo 2 Buddharaksa Rd., Prakkasamai, Maung, Samutprakarn 10280) Its business scope has expanded to cover the production of a wide range of plastic and industrial bags under “the Key” trademark, which has become well known nationwide and a name which guarantees the best quality in products.
At present, the company’s product is distributed throughout Thailand and in particular northern and northeastern part and other Factory Industries. There are plans to expand into international markets in the near future
