Responsibilities
Project Management & PMO
• สนับสนุน Project Manager ในการบริหารโครงการ SAP S/4HANA และ Digital Transformation
• ติดตามแผนงาน งบประมาณ ความเสี่ยง และ Action Items ของโครงการ
• จัดทำ Status Report, Executive Summary และ Presentation สำหรับผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานระหว่าง Business User, Vendor และทีม IT
• จัดประชุม Workshop, Weekly Meeting และ Steering Committee
Business Analysis
• ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำ Business Requirements ร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
• วิเคราะห์ As-Is Process และออกแบบ To-Be Process
• จัดทำ Process Flow, Gap Analysis และ Requirement Documentation
• ร่วม Review Business Blueprint และ Functional Design กับ Vendor
• ประเมินผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางธุรกิจและระบบงาน
Vendor Management
• ประสานงานและติดตาม Vendor ให้ส่งมอบงานตามแผน
• Review Deliverables จาก Vendor
• ติดตามประเด็นปัญหาและความเสี่ยงของโครงการ
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Functional Specification และ Solution Design
• สนับสนุนการจัดการ Change Request และ Scope Change
Testing & Quality Assurance
• วางแผนและประสานงานการทดสอบระบบ
• จัดทำและ Review Test Scenario/Test Script
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรม
o Unit Test (UT)
o System Integration Test (SIT)
o User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• ติดตาม Defect และประสานงานการแก้ไขกับ Vendor
Data Migration & Master Data
• ประสานงานกับ Data Owner ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูล
• วิเคราะห์ Data Mapping และ Data Validation
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรม Data Cleansing และ Data Migration
• ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลก่อน Go-Live
Change Management & Training
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรม Change Management
• ประสานงาน Key User และ Business Process Owner
• จัดทำ Training Material และ User Guide
• สนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานและการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อน Go-Live

Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา · ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-7 ปี ในด้านงาน Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, Project Coordinator, PMO, Assistant Project Manager
-มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ ERP หรือ Digital Transformation
-มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ ERP หรือ Digital Transformation
-มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจและกระบวนการทำงาน
-มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
-หากเคยทำโครงการ SAP S4 HANA มาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

With several years’ experience in the production of raw plastic materials and a number of factories, the company has rapidly grow from its earliest days as a family industry producing plastic bags to now have a registered capital of 100 million baht. (The company is located at 323 Moo 2 Buddharaksa Rd., Prakkasamai, Maung, Samutprakarn 10280) Its business scope has expanded to cover the production of a wide range of plastic and industrial bags under “the Key” trademark, which has become well known nationwide and a name which guarantees the best quality in products.
At present, the company’s product is distributed throughout Thailand and in particular northern and northeastern part and other Factory Industries. There are plans to expand into international markets in the near future
